Aloha! I’m back! *crowd cheers* . Anyways, I promised that there would be an update so, here it is! I’m going to be telling you what foods I’m giving up. I’m still going to eat chicken, turkey, and fish though. =) Btw, if you didn’t know, a fellow blogger is also trying out the kinda vegan lifestyle. I’ll put a link to her blog right HERE.
Um… yeah.😁 Here is the list of foods that I’m cutting out of my diet.
- Gluten (obviously, I have Celiac disease)
- Why didn’t I include turkey or chicken? Well,I’m trying to eliminate things slowly. =)
- Potato ( I have a sensitivity)
- Rice ( I’m also sensitive to that)
- Whenever I eat rice and potato, my stomach hurts.🙄
